Our Pure water is processed by Reverse Osmosis, this six stage purification process removes 99 percent of waters contanimants. The use of ultraviolet light and ozonation is used to remove and maintain a zero bacteria level. The reason our water is so refreshing is because of all the chemicals, odours and bacteria that give water a bad taste have been filtered out.
Removes all chlorine from the water.
Removes calcium, magnesium and heavy metals.
A high capacity sediment filter for the removal of the iron, clay, dust, and organic debris. One micron is about 8 times smaller than the human eye can see.
The pre-treated water is then forced through the semi-permeable membrane. Particles 1/100,000 of a micron are removed. This is equivalent to a particle 1/1,000,000 the diameter of a human hair. 99.99% of bacteria, viruses and cysts are removed. Up to 98% of Aluminum, Ammonia, Iron, Lead, Manganese, THM’s & TCE’s, PCB’s, as well as unpleasant odor and taste are removed.
The water is then run through an ultraviolet light to kill any bacteria, parasites and viruses.
This is the final step in ensuring top quality taste and purity. This process is done by means of injecting ozone air into the water as it is being bottled. Since ozone is an unstable element, it will break down to the nearest stable element, that being oxygen. Pure oxygen, of course, will kill any bacteria, viruses or parasites in the water. Oxygen levels in the water are known to give water its acquired taste.
